August 26 to September 8, 2026, in New York (USA)

The last of the four Grand Slam tennis tournaments chronologically, the US Open is played every year at the end of summer over two weeks at Flushing Meadows (New York).
The tournament, played on outdoor hard courts, is not known for the excellence of its organization and contends with a noisy environment.
The US Open runs from Monday, August 26 to Sunday, September 8, 2025.
Roger Federer and Pete Sampras are the two players with the most US Open titles, each with a total of 5.
The US Open was played on grass until 1974, then on green clay (Har-tru) from 1975 to 1977, on hard courts (Decoturf) starting in 1978, and since 2020 the US Open has been played on Laykold.
The 2022 US Open champion is Spain's Carlos Alcaraz, the youngest ATP world number one in history.
