- The Silver Ring, which offers close-up views of the Royal Procession and of the Final Straight
- The Grandstand, close to the runners, the riders and the Royal Procession
- The Royal Enclosure, which is the historic heart of Royal Ascot, but accessible only by invitation

The race meeting comprises eighteen Group races, eight of them in Group 1. Six races are run each day.
The £5.5milllion prize money offered in 2019 and 2020 attracts the world’s finest racehorses. The meeting is also one of the major events of the year for British bookmakers. According to William Hill (http://sports.williamhill.com/bet/en-gb/events/the-royal-meeting), it is estimated that about £500 million of bets will be placed on Royal Ascot in 2020, mostly through the internet.
A week of fashion and style
Royal Ascot is not only a sporting event. During five days, the meeting is the center of the attention of thousands of media around the globe, attracted by a cocktail of fashion an style than only the British Establishment can provide. Fine dining, private boxes and participation in the famous Furlong Club are as important as the race. The Queen herself, which has attended every Royal Meeting during her reign, had her horse Estimate triumph in the 2013 Gold Cup.
